1. Captains x 2
   - Captains will manage and oversee the running of the club in London
   - Maintain links with the uni reps aswell as those across the country
   - Lead and co-ordinate training sessions every week
   - Delegate work and projects to other members of the team
   - Seek out opportunities to develop the club and increase participation
   
   What are we looking for?
   - A keen netball player (doesn't have to necessarily be the best!)
   - Passionate about engaging Muslim and BAME women in sport
   - Demonstrated commitment to the netball sessions
   - Reliable and dependable
   - Resilient and works to tight deadlines
   - Takes the initiative and is creative
   - Friendly and approachable - the first point of contact for members
    

   2. Uni reps (1 per uni)
   - Liase with Captains and other uni reps to ensure smooth running of the sessions
   - Keep in contact with other uni reps and members of their own uni
   - First point of contact for girls at their uni
   - To advertise and promote ISOC Netball events to members
   
   What are we looking for?
   - A keen netball player (doesn't have to necessarily be the best!)

   3. Tournament Head
   - In charge of planning the tournaments such as DIW/end of term national
   - Organise friendly matches with other socieities/ inter-ISoc matches
   - Work with Treasurer to organise these
   
   What are we looking for?
   - Commitment to netball sessions
   - Excellent organisational skills
   - Experience of managing and leading events
   
   4. Treasurer
   - In charge of ISOC Netball finances
   - Manages and oversees membership processing
   - Makes monthy court bookings
   - Deals with reimbursements and funding/grant applications
   
   What are we looking for?
   - No previous experience required - full handover given
   - Good organisational skills
   - Reliable, and works to deadlines
   - Oversees selling of merchandise (hoodies etc)
   
   5. Head of Marketing
   - Create posters to advertise ISOC Netball to members
   - Manage the facebook and instagram page
   - Create facebook event pages and post on member groups
   - Send out monthly newsletter bulletins to members
   
   What are we looking for?
   - Creative and passionate about the ISOC Netball brand
   - Some previous experience designing but not necessary
   - Work to tight deadlines
   - Create engaging content for social media platforms
   
   6. Socials Officers x2
   - Plan and lead social events for members
   - To plan a social every half term
   
   What are we looking for?
   - Excellent organisational skills
   - Creative
